About Sizing
The difference between our bouquet “sizes” is based on fullness, flower variety, and overall value, not the physical dimensions of the bouquet. For example, if a Standard bouquet is $80 and a Premium bouquet is $150, the overall size (height and width) will be similar, but the Premium bouquet will appear fuller, more lush, and may include a greater quantity of flowers and higher-end or seasonal blooms when available. The non-Standard sizes allow our florists to work with more flexibility, incorporating premium flower varieties (such as peonies when in season) and additional textural elements to enhance the overall design. Flower types may vary depending on seasonal availability, but the value and fullness of the bouquet will always reflect the selected size.
Why Size Up?
We recommend sizing up if:
You’d like a more lush, full, and impactful arrangement
You want to give our florists more creative freedom
You’re hoping to include specific or premium flowers (when available)
You’re sending flowers for a special or meaningful occasion
All of our bouquets are florist-designed, and while each arrangement is unique, we always aim to match the style and color palette shown.
Workplace
If your order is being delivered to a workplace, please let us know so we can ensure it arrives before office closing hours (typically by 5 PM).
Home
For home deliveries, we will do our best to contact the recipient by ringing the doorbell or calling them before leaving the flowers.
If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in a safe location protected from the weather. We will also take a photo and notify the recipient about the delivery.
Condo / Apartment
For condo or apartment deliveries, we will leave the flowers at the front desk if there is one.
If possible, please provide the buzzer code or access instructions to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Funeral Home
For funeral deliveries, please provide the time of the service. Depending on the location and schedule, we will deliver the flowers either the day before or the morning of the funeral to ensure they arrive on time.
For distant locations, we will deliver the day prior.
Funeral Viewing
If the flowers are for a funeral viewing, please share the time with us.
Depending on the schedule and distance, we will deliver them either the day before or early on the day of the viewing.
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact the recipient and/or the sender for further instructions. If we are unable to reach anyone, we may leave the flowers in a safe location at the delivery address, such as the front porch, only during favorable weather conditions and when it is deemed safe for the quality of the flowers. Favorable weather generally excludes extreme cold (or anytime during the winter season), heat, rain, or snow.
During unfavorable weather conditions, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor to help ensure their safety and freshness. In such cases, delivery will be considered completed once the flowers are left at the designated location or with a neighbor.
If none of the above options are available, the flowers will be returned to our store. A re-delivery fee will apply for a second delivery attempt.
By placing an order, the sender authorizes Moon’s Flowers to follow this delivery procedure. The sender is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and availability.
Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers, it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. We may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. It may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed.
